AAA  Fresno Grizzlies topped the Colorado Springs Sky Sox 7-4:

Nick Noonan(SS)- 1 for 4, 3B, BB.  BA= .329.
Roger Kieschnick(LF)- 2 for 5, 2B.  BA= .347.
Todd Linden(1B)- 1 for 3, HR(3), 2 BB.  BA= .260.
Brock Bond(3B)- 2 for 4, BB.  BA= .319.
Eli Whiteside(C)- 2 for 5, 2B.  BA= .226.
George Kontos(RHP)- 3 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 0 B, 0 K.  ERA= 3.07.
Heath Hembree(RHP)- 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 0 K, Save(8).  ERA= 1.50.

Stromsmoe just keeps scrapping away. He's doing pretty well for himself at the AAA level now. He plays practically every position.  Wouldn't be shocked to see him get a cup of coffee as a utility guy.  I thought Brock Bond had a questionalble arm for 2B.  He played 3B here.  Interesting.

AA Game 1  Richmond Flying Squirrels blanked the Altoona Curve 1-0:

Chris Heston(RHP)- 6 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 5 K, GO/AO= 7/2.
Brett Bochy(RHP)- 2 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K's.  ERA= 0.00.

Young Mr. Bochy has now pitched 17.1 scoreless innings to start the season with a 16/3 K/BB.  He's an extreme flyball pitcher with a GO/AO- .36.

Game 2  Altoona Curve defeated the Richmond Flying Squirrels 3-1:

Nothing to see here.

High A  San Jose Giants downed the Inland Empire 66'ers 5-2:

Chris Lofton(CF)- 2 for 5, 2B, SB(2). BA= .247.
Adam Duvall(3B)- 1 for 4, HR(4).  BA= .217.
Ricky Oropesa(1B)- 0 for 2, 2 BB.  BA= .269.
Justin Schumer(RHP)- 6.2 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 0 BB, 2 K's.  ERA= 4.76.
Seth Rosin(RHP)- 1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K, Save(4).  ERA= 2.53.

Lofton continues his hot hitting with a .333 BA over his last 10 games.

Low A  Hagerstown Suns downed the Augusta Greenjackets 4-1:

Bryce Bandilla(LHP)- 5 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 6 BB, 6 K's.  ERA= 2.81.

Bandilla still working on control issues.  Has 18 K's in 16 IP.
