Howard is a typical college SS. Probably won't stay there in the pros. Can hit just enough to be a prospect at another position, probably 3B or 2B. The Baseball Cube gives him a 97 rating on contact! The Baseball Cube also lists him at 6'1", 192 lbs. I'll take the extra inch over the extra weight, myself.

Love the re-draft. When the Greybeards like somebody, they keep trying. There's a blurb on him from the Good Phight SBN blog, contact hitter with an allergy to K's... And a Utility label! Excellent. About time the Giants get a utility guy, its the 5th round for crying out loud.
