AAA  Tacoma Rainers doubled the score on the Sacramento River Cats 10-5:

Gorkys Hernandez CF- 3 for 4, 2B.  BA= .285.
Ruben Tejada SS- 2 for 4, 2B.  BA= .222.
Adalberto Mejia LHP- 6.1 IP, 7 H, 5 R, 1 BB, 6 K's.  ERA= 3.38.
Sergio Romo RHP- 0.1 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 0 BB, 1 K.  ERA= 6.23.

Adalberto pitched better than the like looks.  He took a QS into the 7'th inning and Jean Machi allowed 2 inherited runners to score.  A big uh-oh for Romo.  The Giants wanted to see him pitch in B2B games and this was he result.  Gotta wonder if he elbow is really OK.

AA  Hartford Yard Goats defeated the Richmond Flying Squirrels 4-2:

Tyler Rogers RHP- 0 IP, 3 H, 3 R, 0 BB, 0 K.  ERA= 0.84.
Christian Jones LHP- 2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K's.  ERA= 4.94.

Strong start for Beede, although you generally like to see no more than 2 BB's in a start.  Rogers gives up his first runs of the season closing the books on a 32 inning scoreless streak.
