  1. Hey guys...What's the deal on Taylor Rogers (another good game for Augusta last night) and Shawn Sanford in Augusta....Both in the top 5 in ERA and WHIP in the SAL..But a look at their ages, 23 and 24, and it seems like they are a bit old for the league...ANybody have any insight into what they throw and their potential?

  3. Rogers and Taylor both appear to be typical low ceiling sinkerballers. Their age vs league gives them away. Think along the lines of Kevin Pucetas, Joe Martinez, Ryan Sadowski, etc. Occasionally one of these guys will break through to become someone's 5'th starter, but most peak out in AA or AAA.
