What happened to Hunter Bishop?
ReplyDeleteFZ is taking it down to the wire this trade deadline and there doesn’t seem to be a lot of credible rumors to even ponder. Could he potentially trade Rodon to a contender who then sends prospects to the Nats along with a few of our middle but not blue chip prospects for Soto? We would have to give up something juicy from our system but not Harrison or Luciano. It would pretty much concede this year but would put us in a great spot to start next season without hurting the farm too much.

DeleteI mean, I can think of worse pitching tandem of Webb and Rodon to build around.
DeleteScott Boras may have something to say about that extension!! Trade him for something before 3:00 tomorrow and resign him in the off-season has my vote. Webb and Rodon along with Soto or another bat or two would be a nice start to next year
