  1. The Giants haven't given up, apparently, or they would install Mac into LF and say, relax, take your lumps, you're the future.
Arroyo, Shaw. Slater, and Calixte at 22, 23, 24, and 25 have more time, from a little to a lot.
At 26, Mac's window will be closing sooner rather than later. Power may take a while, but isn't this the time to work it?
Federowicz at 29 is tearing up AAA as usual, but his previous ML stints have been disappointing.
Unless it's for showcasing Hill, Hernandez, and Hundley on the active roster plus Morse and Gillaspie on the DL/40-man roster, are doing nothing for winning games this year. Are they plans for next year? Span and Pence are already locking up $30 million of less than full force payroll next year. And Cain will get 7.5 mil and a thank you. A lot of unproductive salary next year!
2017 will surpass 2016 as the saddest year since 2002 and 2003. Then there were '89 and '93.
6 years of high hopes and no cigar.
