if i was kroon, i would opt out on june 1
ReplyDeleteif i was bobby evans, i would be on the phone with kroon, begging him to stick it out
the org decided not to put posey and derosa on the 60 day, opting instead to dfa sosa and rohlinger...no real surprises there, sosa looks done and rohlinger has dropped way down in the depth chart
they must see something in hinshaw, cuz he dodged a bullet
wonder if they will keep hembree in sj for the season, then skip the eastern all together
Noticed Ray and Sosa swap.
ReplyDeleteSure hope HH moves quickly... Nice year SJ. Stuff Stoffel.AAAA
Hembree too good. They got to move him.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what the reasoning is for not putting Buster on the 60 day? I mean, 60 days is 2 months or just under 9 weeks. I don't think there is a reasonable person alive who thinks that even in the best of the best case scenarios that Buster gets back in under 60 days. Of course, there is also no reason to not DFA Sosa and Rohlinger. Hinshaw would seem to be next.
ReplyDeleteHinshaw and Misch are the 2 worst inherited runners pitchers I have ever seen.
ReplyDeleteThe other day, Hinshaw, .1 innings, no hits, 1 run and 3 BBs AFTER inheriting 2 base runners.
Years ago, I can remember allowing the inherited runs to score in 4 of the 5 games. Made Alou look like a genius.
Why isn't Hinshaw pumping gas like the rest of us.
