Jose Marte shows some rust coming off the DL, but at least he's pitching again. Travis Bergen begins a rehab assignment. He'll have to rejoin the 25 man active roster when the rehab is done since he's a Rule 5 pick.

The fact that the River Cats have their heads above water @ 31-30 is surprising and remarkable really considering what they're going through with the Giants.

Dillon McNamara, 27, big RH acquired from the Yankees in 2017, has pitched pretty well for the Cats this year -- other than a bad outing Thursday.
Is Jonah Arenado's 2019 @ Richmond for real. Can it all click @ 24 after 6 years of scuffling? Decision time in November re Rule 5 draft?
What happened to Patrick Ruotolo, aka Chunky Tim?
