I was happy to read the Baggs article last week about Darien Nunez. He unfortunately had to have TJ surgery back in 2022 while pitching for the Dodgers. They figured they could sneak him thru waivers and bring him back on a minor league deal. While on the operating table the Giants and FZ claimed him off waivers and the Dodgers were pissed! Nice job by FZ if he comes back and helps their MLB bullpen in the future. Another example of signing a player with an injury history. I don't know if it's good practice to sign too many of these players.but this signing is low risk high reward
