  1. Are they trying Fitzgerald in the outfield to help find him an opening on the major league roster?

  2. Doc,

What are your thoughts on the MLB top 30 prospects. Any major issues you have with it?

Is it right to think Fitz should be on the 40 next year or is this the classic AAAA figures he is showing?

    1. I don't pay much attention to prospect lists other than my own anymore. I don't have any major issues with the MLP Pipeline list. I would say Jairo Pomares at #17 is way too high and I am not sure I would rank either Bednar or Erik Miller but other than those names it's similar to what mine might be now. As for Fitzgerald, he really struggled to keep his BA above the Mendoza Line for so long the broke out this year. Intriguing prospect. I would like to see him get a shot with the Giants but they have quite a few prospects who fit in that category.

    2. Can’t really disagree with anything you’ve said there. I’m holding out on Bednar. I don’t know why but something is keeping me positive on this guy.
Probably my crush on previous busts.
      Thanks for your reply.
