Eldridge is age-appropriate for the league. I am impressed so far.

Lisbel Diaz CF(18 yo)- 2 for 4. BA= .361.
Bryce Johnson seems like the perfect 4th outfielder on a team with Sabol as 5th outfielder. Best CF in the system? Better-righty switch hitter. Steals bases. Pretty good on walks & strikeouts. Little bit of power. (presuming nothing material to interpret from his 61 career majors ABs)
ReplyDeleteGiants have several players/prospects who have looked good in the minors but haven't found traction at the MLB level. I would like to see Bryce Johnson get another shot but he'll have to wait his turn behind Heliot and Meckler.

ReplyDeleteEldridge is of to a great start at the plate. .303/.400/636, 3 HR 40 PA. He probably won't start pitching until next season.
