One good friend told me that the Giants coaches have been trying to tinker with Tyler's sinker grip. It's more of a no seam fastball now with very aggressive sink but he's still trying to locate it but the Giants and Tyler are happy with the grip so far.
ReplyDeleteNice finish for him at the end of the season racking up the Ks due to him being allowed by the Giants to throw any pitch at any count. That's why you see him rack up so many Ks while pile up more BBs. He's been trying to entice hitters out of the zone with his pitches as well as common command issues.
That's what I know from Tyler so far and I would like to share it. Cheers!
I've been wondering why Beede hasn't been promoted to AAA yet. He's pitched in AA for 1 1/2 seasons so far.
