AAA  Sacramento River Cats edged out the Omaha Stormchasers 4-3:

Gorkys Hernandez CF- 0 for 1, 3 BB.  BA= .300.
Ramiro Pena 2B- 2 for 2, 2B, 2 BB.  BA= .302.
Austin Slater LF- 2 for 4.  BA= .258.
Miguel Olivo C- 1 for 4, HR(9).  BA= .248.
Chris Stratton RHP- 7 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 2 BB, 8 K's.  ERA= 4.54.

Stratton has had his ups and downs this season.  Games like this make you think he can still have some sort of MLB career.  I tend to believe it will be as a reliever where he can throw the FB at a higher velocity.

Steven Duggar CF- 1 for 3, BB, SB(7).  BA= .321.
Christian Arroyo 3B- 3 for 3, BB.  BA= .277.
Angel Villalona DH- 1 for 3, HR(1), HBP.  BA= .143.
Cory Taylor RHP- 7 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 2 BB, 8 K's.  ERA= 0.75.
Preston Claiborne RHP- 1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K's, Save(1).  ERA= 2.83.

This is Cory Taylor's first full season of pro ball.  He had a breakout season for Augusta and now puts an exclamation point on it with a dominating second start at AA setting himself up nicely to start next season in Richmond.

Jonah Arenado 1B- 1 for 4, HR(14).  BA= .267.
TJ Bennett 3B- 1 for 4, HR(5).  BA= .282.
Ty Ross C- 3 for 3, 2B, BB.  BA= .233.
Robbie Garvey LF- 2 for 3, 2B.  BA= .259.
Dan Slania RHP- 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 1 K.  ERA= 1.29.
Reyes Maronta RHP- 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K.  ERA= 2.32.

Not sure why Slania came out of the bullpen, but it could be that the Giants don't want his innings to take too much of a jump in one season.  They are big believers in avoiding those.

Jean Angomas LF- 2 for 4.  BA= .248.
Dillon Dobson 3B- 1 for 2, BB, SF.  BA= .272.
Junior Arias 1B- 2 for 4.  BA= .304.
Michael Connolly RHP-5.2 IP, 7 H, 3 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 6 K's.  ERA= 2.32.
Ryan Koziol RHP- 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 0 K, Save(6).  BA= 2.83.

Short Season Everett Aquasox topped the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes 6-5:

Manuel Geraldo 3B- 3 for 5.  BA= .295.
Ryan Howard SS- 2 for 5, 2B.  BA= .263.
Kevin Rivera 2B- 2 for 4.  BA= .311.

Geraldo and Rivera are two more guys I would definitely consider ranking in the top 30 Giants prospects as of now.
