  1. Chris Shaw crushes a 2-run HR in the first inning against Dodger hopeful Ryu, in his rehab bid. The little Giants knocked him around a bit, with 2 HRs over 3 innings.

Jordan Johnson & Chase Johnson decided to wear the same outfit to class last night so the teacher couldn't tell them apart, and had almost identical/parallel pitching lines on the night - limiting runs but giving up too many hits and walks. I'd say I'm hoping to see more strikeout stuff from both these guys in the lower minors.

Jalen Miller continues to impress, with a very solid bat that's been displaying steady XBH ability and really coming around lately, hitting .333/.571/.941 (avg/slg/ops) over his last 10 games. Fox showing similarly, getting on base at a good clip via both walks and his. Really good signs for both these kids in their first professional seasons!
