Austin Slater is 14 for 26 over his last 7 games.  Christian Jones has not allowed an ER in his last 7 appearances covering 8 IP.  Rogers extends his scoreless innings streak to 16.2 IP.

  1. I finally had time to look at Giants' MLB Top-30 today... It's pretty mixed (as to be expected this early). Somethings I liked:

    Suarez, not mentioned today, has already made it to AA. And when I read about him, he's, basically, a LH Blackburn with slightly better stuff. And they're saying he might have 'more in the tank' as he gets further away from his labrum surgery and matures. He's a guy that, when drafted, I was like..... 'whatever...' Which is why THEY are the professionals and I'm the fan...

    Mejia keeps chugging along and I wonder how soon he gets the call to Sacramento. Williamson is hitting again (.300). Coonrod is pitching well. Shaw can really mash it and has 7 HR (and is hitting .331) already. Dylan Davis (power hitting RF) may be breaking out.

    But, as always, it is the minors. And these guys tend to go up-and-down like yo-yos.
