  1. Is Juan Perez C someone to watch?
SSS, good progression, nearly a year young in ACL (-0.8)

    1. He got the second highest signing bonus in 2022 after Ryan Reckely($1.2 M).

  2. The Giants seem to have a "slow" team, last in MLB is SBs and not especially good when they do run (except Chapman-!- who 6 for 6).
There are 3 NL teams with more than 100 steals and the Giants have only 25 in 35 attempts.
There are some base stealers in the system, but is it a "non-priority" for FZ?
    Giants just don't exude excitement.

    1. Moneyball dogma holds that SB's are usually a net negative offensive value.

    2. SB's no, how 'bout speed on the bases? Giants don't just not steal (half their attempts are thrown out). Nice for runners to get extra bases on hits when possible...
