Logan Warmoth, SS, College(North Carolina). B-R, T-R. 6'0", 190 lbs.
2017: .345/.425/.560, 11 2B, 2 3B, 7 HR, 15 SB, 20 BB, 25 K, 168 AB.
2016: .337/.402/.481, 14 2B, 2 3B, 4 HR, 8 SB, 21 BB, 24 K, 208 AB.
2015(Cal Ripken): .330/.419/.359, 21 SB, 17 BB, 13 K, 103 AB.
2016(Cape Cod): .270/.330/.450, 6 2B, 4 HR, 7 BB, 15 K, 100 AB.
As preseason favorite college hitters largely struggled, Warmoth's stock rose with consistent hitting and a nice power/speed combo from a major college program and conference. He is now being projected into the mid-late first round by multiple analysts. He's a very similar player to Christian Arroyo and a RH hitting version of Joe Panik, so the Giants could be interested at #19. He's a college SS but may not quite have the arm to stick there. More likely he's a 2B in the pros. While he is a fairly safe pick in that range, I see his ceiling as quite limited and would prefer the Giants look at pitching or a high-ceiling HS hitter.

Brian Miller, OF, College(North Carolina). B-R, T-R. 6'1", 186 lbs.
2017: .315/.397/.497, 11 2B, 3 3B, 5 HR, 16 SB, 24 BB, 26 K, 173 AB.
2016: .345/.440/.469, 12 2B, 5 3B, 2 HR, 21 SB, 34 BB, 29 K, 226 AB.
2015(Coastal Plain): .389/.476/.429, 6 2B, 3B, 38 SB, 30 BB, 21 K, 198 AB.
2016(Cape Cod): .327/.369/.387, 7 2B, HR, 15 SB, 10 BB, 31 K, 168 AB.
Miller was a walk-on at North Carolina who stuck as a freshman and has battled his way into late first round consideration for the 2017 draft. He has more speed than power but is a true CF and has shown excellent plate discipline except for the 2016 CCL but he performed well there in every other way.
