SLC can be a nightmare for pitching and this was a game to pad the offensive stat sheet.  Arroyo did not start the game and it's a hitter's park and all, but my goodness!  This kid is so hot he's melting the beeswax in the Beehive!  How're you gonna keep 'em down on the farm?!  Look at you, Kyle Crick!  Cricky gets the Save Op and cashes it in!  In a slugfest no less!

Predict Gomez and Shaw will be getting national attention before the season is over.  Dominant start for Coonrod.  We could see Maronta in the Giants bullpen this season.

The Giants have plenty of catching depth at the MLB level, but longterm they need Aramis Garcia to step up.  Menez is showing promise as a LHP SP prospect.
