The Giants staged a 5-run rally in the 6'th inning to take a 5-2 lead but it went for naught in the bottom of the inning as Jarlin Garcia LHP gave up his first runs of the season and then some.
Tommy La Stella DH had two hits including a double at the top of the lineup. La Stella seems like a perfect leadoff hitter but his OBP is just .313.
Wilmer Flores 1B capped the Giants rally in the 6'th with a 3-run HR(6). It as Flores' second HR in 3 games.
Carlos Rodon LHP- 5 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 1 BB, 6 K's. ERA= 3.44. Typical Rodon start. Electric stuff, solid but non-dominant numbers. Needs to go deeper into games to be an ace.
