When a position player is very good in AAA but can't cut it in the majors, he often gets the tag AAAA.
ReplyDeleteDoes that apply to pitchers?
Hjelle?
Last year Hjelle was better at MLB than AAA. Although I had hopes that might be sustainable, what he did this year was regress to his minor league performance. I haven't give up on him, but he needs to command the strike zone better than his last appearance with the Giants.
