AAA  Tacoma Rainiers came back from a 5-0 deficit to edge out the Sacramento River Cats 6-5:

Steven Vogt C-  1 for 4, HR(1), BB.  BA= .111.
Michael Reed RF- 1 for 3, 2B, BB.  BA= .333.

Carlos Navas RHP- 3.1 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 0 BB, 5 K's.  ERA= 2.70.

Beede's back!  Dominant 4 innings in his first start of 2019.  Michael Reed cleared waivers, elected free agency then signed a minor league FA contract with the Giants.  Got that?  Good!  Anyway, Reed played and Mac Williamson didn't.

  1. Bryce Johnson intriguing speed and obp. First season when he played a few months after first being drafted by the Giants, he hit for a great average. Wonder if he's got enough average potential to be a major leaguer?? That would be exciting. Aaron Bond, very intriguing size and power and obp and speed. Strikes out too much...lots of players do.
