Drew Cavanaugh C- 2 for 4. BA= .360.
Carson Ragsdale RHP- 5 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 2 BB, 6 K's. ERA= 5.17.
In his last 4 starts, Carson Ragsdale has allowed 4 ER in 21 IP(ERA= 1.71) with 30 K's and 5 BB's. I would like to see him get a chance to move up to MLB level, if not this year, next.
AA: Erie Seawolves edged out the Richmond Flying Squirrels 5-4:
Carter Howell RF- 2 for 5, 2B. BA= .281.
Andy Thomas DH- 2 for 5, 2B. BA= .233.
Diego Velasquez SS- 2 for 4, BB, SB(3). BA= .300.

It would be cool for Diego Velasquez to finish with a .300 BA at AA level at age 20.

What is interesting to think about
ReplyDeleteIs that the giants would not have even considered Eldridge if he was not a 2way player at draft time. Drafting a high school 1b is not the giants way. It may be time to reconsider how to draft because this guy is awesome. Glad they tricked themselves into the next Freddie freeman.
