Tristan Peters promoted to AA after trade from Brewers to Giants. Martorano is 12 for 31 over his last 9 games. Carter Aldrete was promoted from A+ on July 24. He is 5 for 16 with 2 HR's in 4 games in August so far.

A+: Spokane Indians buried the Eugene Emeralds 6-2.
Vaun Brown RF- 2 for 4, HR(9). BA= .344.
Carson Seymour RHP- 5 IP, 6 H, 3 R, 0 BB, 7 K's, GO/AO= 6/1. ERA= 5.40.
Vaun Brown's 2022 is starting to remind me a bit of Brandon Belt's 2010. Seymour gave up 2 runs in the 5'th to put a damper on what was a dominant start up to then. The peripherals look great in his Giants organizational debut.

A: Fresno Grizzlies outscored the San Jose Giants 7-6.
Grant McCray CF- 3 for 4, 3B, BB, SB(31). BA= .287.
I am pleasantly surprised that McCray has carried his hitting breakout this deep into the season.

Re "Vaun Brown's 2022 is starting to remind me a bit of Brandon Belt's 2010": literally and figuratively big shoes to fill - wouldn't that be nice! A very great Giant when healthy!
