  1. Adam Duvall, Ryder Jones and RafRod are all playing out of their minds so far. Is any one of them going to prove they are a true prospect? We have been waiting for something from RafRod. Is it the hitter friendly parks or has he turned the corner? It would be interesting to see if any of these 3 players did something different this offseason. Either way I am excited. Especially when the big league club is struggling. It is nice to see signs of life in the organization.

    1. I don't think Ryder Jones needs to do anything to prove he is a true prospect.
He is 21, a second round pick in 2013.

    2. Sorry. When I meant "true" prospect I meant one who could eventually help out the big league club. Being a second rounder means nothing. First and second rounders bust just like any other round. I just hope what Ryder is doing is a glimpse of his potential. Hitting .400+ is not sustainable but hitting around .280 with some power could be.

  2. Fargas's seven steals in eight games seems impressive, but I don't know what that steal rate may mean at this time of year, maybe only that the Greenjackets so far have played teams with slow pitchers and raw catchers. But maybe more?

    1. I means he is a successful base stealer at an age appropriate situation.
