I would say there is a pretty clear tier break between #4 and #5 and another one between #15 and #16. Only one member of the 2019 draft class, Bishop, makes the top 30. You could probably make a case for Logan Wyatt in there somewhere and maybe Dilan Rosario, but overall 2019 is looking like a fairly weak draft class(not that the Giants did a bad job but the class itself seems kind of weak).
