Joey Bart says "take that, Billy Hayes!" Heliot just keeps rolling in his remarkable age 19 season. Encouraging start for Jose Marte and Luis Amaya makes his A+ debut.

Seth Corry LHP- 6 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 8 K's. ERA= 2.09.
Seth Corry is turning this into a breakout season that just keeps getting better. He seems to be putting his command/control problems behind him with just 3 walks in 22.2 IP over his last 4 Starts.

Rookie AZL Giants Black outslugged the White Sox 12-10:
Ghordy Santos 2B- 3 for 4, BB, 2 SB(7). BA= .321.
Jairo Pomares RF- 4 for 5, 2B, 3B, HR(2). BA= .395.

Cesar Gonzalez C- 2 for 4. BA= .125.
Jasier Herrera RHP- 5.2 IP, 8 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 0 BB, 8 K's. ERA= 1.91.
Jairo Pomares hits for the cycle. The 3-headed monster of Marco Luciano, Pomares and Luis Matos the Giants signed last year are looking mighty impressive. We haven't seen that much of Bryan Hernandez but when we have, he's been quite good. He mostly walked a lot last year but is showing better all-around hitting this year.

DSL Tigers2 2 touchdowns and a field goal got the better of the Giants touchdown and 2 FG's 17-13:
Luis Matos CF- 4 for 5, 2B, 2 SF, SB(12). BA= .366.
Victor Bericoto 1B(17 yo)- 4 for 5, 2B, 2 SB(6). BA= .321.

Diego Verbel 2B(16 yo)- 2 for 4, 2 BB, SB(3). BA= .247.
Roberto Monegro SS(17 yo)- 1 for 3, 3 BB. BA= .248.
Not sure what to add here. Luis Matos is clearly playing at too low a level.
