Wiry strong Puerto Rico HS SS. Lugo has drawn comparisons to Carlos Correa, though he is not as big. Scouts are particularly impressed with his bat as he makes contact and hits for power from the right side. Scouts are more divided about whether he can stay at SS, but he seems to have the athleticism required for the position. Runs 6.46 60 yd dash. 90 MPH on IF throws and 95 MPH Exit velocity.
