Low A Game 2  Kannapolis Intimidators outscored the Augusta Greenjackets 4-3 in 10 innings:

Johneshwy Fargas(CF)- 1 for 4, HR(2), BB.  BA= .288.
Travious Relaford(SS-2B)- 2 for 3, BB, Sac, SB(1).  BA= .284.

Snelton seems to have found some traction in Augusta with 30 K's in his last 3 starts over 19 IP.  Since his first disaster start for Augusta, he has gone 1-1, 2.07, 30 IP, 5 BB, 41 K in 5 starts.

Short Season  Tri-Cities Dust Devils topped the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes 6-5 in 11 innings:

Miguel Gomez(Catcher)- 3 for 6, HR(3).  BA= .348.
Caleb Smith(RHP)- 2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 5 K's.  ERA= 4.50.

It seems this Miguel Gomez can hit.

Rookie AZL  Angels downed the Giants 6-2:

Kelvin Beltre(SS)- 2 for 2, 2 SB(2).  BA= .500.
Jalen Miller(SS)- 1 for 2, SB(4).  BA= .378.
Jose Morel(RHP)- 2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 3 K's.  ERA= 0.96.

Houston, we have a problem!  Beltre and Miller are both very good and very young and both play SS.  Maybe that is a good problem to have, but the Giants need to get this sorted out because it will be no bueno for both if they are splitting the position within games.

DSL  Mets1 blanked the Giants 4-0:

Mecky Coronado(LF, 18 yo)- 2 for 4, 2B.  BA= .414.

    1. I have never seen a DSL player promoted stateside mid-season. I am sure there are visa issues that take time and effort and they don't want that to be a distraction during the season.
