Cuban prospect signed at age 21 so older than most international prospects, but with several years of international playing experience. Available scouting reports have him with a FB that runs 92-94 mph with "advanced pitchability."  

49.  Ryan Reckley SS.  DOB:  9/6/2004.  B-S, T-R.  5' 10", 160 lbs. Rule 5 eligible Dec. 2026.

2023(ACL):  .164/.335/.261, 4 HR, 5 SB, 19.1 BB%, 37.6 K%.

Received a $2.2 M signing bonus before his pro debut in 2022.  Has produced elite walk rates his first two seasons and started to show some power in the ACL last season.  Will have to improve contact.

48.  Cesar Quintas OF.  DOB:  3/25/2003.  B-R, T-R.  6'1", 175 lbs.  Rule 5 Eligible?

2023(ACL):  .372/.506, 473, HR, 3 SB, 13.1 BB%, 23.2 K%, 168 PA.  

Not sure why he is listed as Rule 5 Eligible by Fangraphs.  He's only played 3 seasons of pro ball so even if he signed before the lost 2020 season he should have a 5'th season before eligibility.  Oh well, doesn't really matter now as he was not selected in the Rule 5 Draft in Dec.  Would think next stop is San Jose after putting up strong offensive numbers in the ACL in 2023.

47.  Elian Rayo  3B.  DOB:  3/4/2003.  B-R, T-R.  6'0", 202 lbs.  Rule 5 Eligible.

2023(ACL):  .238/.397/.463, 7 HR, 18.0 BB%, 32.8 K%, 189 PA. 

Power hitting 3B prospect with K rates too high.  Same situation as Quintas re. Rule 5 Draft.

46.  Guillermo Williamson OF.   DOB:  3/16/2004.  B- L, T- L.  6' 1", 200 lbs.  Rule 5 Eligible Dec. 2025.

2023(ACL):  .285/.415/.511, 9 HR, 16.6 BB%, 29.3 K%, 229 PA.

Impressive power and walk numbers in 2 pro seasons.  Limited to LF defensively.  Will we see him in San Jose in 2024?
