  1. Grant McCray is 5/23, 3B, HR, 3 W, 2 HP, 10 K since his low point after the first game of a double header when he dropped to .116/.269/.209 April 22.
Definitely an improvement but not CFer of the future. Yet.
McCray reached the Em's last year for 14 games at the end of the year and was very good across the board except for striking out 22 times in 62 PAs.
He repeated his 2022 finish in the 1st 2 games this year (5/10, 2 2B), but then hit-less for 9 games until he broke through April 22nd.
There doesn't seem to be any report of an injury.
Otherwise, the Em's occasional other CFer, Wade Meckler, continues to rip: .489/.538/.689 with 6 2B and 1 HR in 52 PA. The BABIP gods continue to favor him (.538).

Best of all, San Jose Giants got the news that Vaun Brown will be rehabbing with them!
