AAA:  Sacramento River Cats blew up the Oklahoma City Comets 11-0.

Parks Harber 3B- 3 for 5, 2B, SB(1).  BA= .361.

Bo Davidson RF- 2 for 4, 2B, BB.  BA= .297.

Eddys Leonard 1B- 1 for 4, HR(1), BB.  BA= .143.

Trent Harris RHP- 4 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 8 K's.  ERA= 3.38.

Reiver Sanmartin LHP- 3 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 K's.  ERA= 3.51.

Ryan Walker RHP- 1 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 1 K.  ERA= 2.40.

 Newcomer Eddys Leonard homers in his second game with the Cats.  He was released by the Brewers organization.  His batting line with the Nashville Sounds was .287/.371/.502 with 14 HR, 8 SB.  If the Giants traded Heliot Ramos or Casey Schmitt for pitching, Parks Harber looks like another option for either LF or 3B.  Generally pitchers move from starting to relieving to unlock their potential but Trent Harris has been on the Closer track his whole pro career and now bursts on the scene in a starting role.  Based on scouting reports he's always had the stuff.

AA:  Hartford Yard Goats defeated the Richmond Flying Squirrels 5-3.

7 Squirrels batters had one hit each with doubles by Jack Payton LF(.277), Dakota Jordan CF(.290), Diego Velasquez DH(.303) and Gavin Kilen SS(.310).  

A+:  Everett Aquasox beat the Eugene Emeralds 6-2.

Hayden Jatczak 1B- 1 for 4, HR(1).  BA= .250.

Daniel Rogers C- 2 for 3.  BA= .227.

A:  San Jose Giants outscored the Ontario Tower Buzzers 8-3.

Josuar Gonzalez SS- 1 for 1, BB, SB(1).  BA= 1.000.  

Luis Hernandez 3B/SS- 0 for 2, 2 BB, SF.  BA= .000.

Junior Barajas C- 2 for 4, 2 HR(9).  BA= .244.

Broedy Poppell RF/2B- 2 for 4, SB(13).  BA= .236.

Jordan Gottesman LHP- 5 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 2 BB, 4 K's.  ERA= 4.13.

Young Josuar had quite an adventurous A level debut:  Single, walk, SB, gets thrown out on the bases twice then leaves the game with what is described as a groin cramp.  I will be disappointed if he hits the IL and misses the Rancho Cucamonga series.  There is still Luis Hernandez who, in addition to his batting line, made a sensational play as a 3B from way behind the bag in foul territory.  Look up the video.
