Escobar has really struggled. Thankfully the starting pitching is holding up, especially with Vogie doing well, so no call-ups needed. But it will soon be time to reappraise Adrianza. I'm guessing that Sabean and Bochy would go with Abreu or Noonan over Panik at this point.
ReplyDeleteYeah, at some point they have to break the logjam of players who are out of options. I'm thinking they are trying to keep their powder dry for a mid-season trade or two.

PCL is to pitchers what he EL is to hitters.
DeleteI think a lot of people forget that, and look at the PCL as a AAAA experience. Its a big time challenges for pitchers - experienced hitters, hitters parks.
