Josh Osich LHP- 2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K's.  ERA= 5.35.

Stratton has allowed just 3 ER in 19 IP over his last 3 AAA Starts.  He has 1 bad MLB start mixed in, though.  We'll see when he gets his next MLB shot.  Strick seems ready as soon as he is eligible to come off the 60 day DL.  Let's hope he comes back feeling like he has something to prove, especially in the maturity department.

  1. The Giants released Chris Heston and Ryan Hanigan yesterday.

  2. A lot of disappointing seasons by Giants players.
Arenado, Garcia, and Jones all dropping.
Wolff, Williams, Marshall, and Gregorio have largely lost seasons.

Thankfully, Quinn, Miller, and Webb rebounded.

    1. Quinn’s numbers are a little light for repeating in the CA league as a college guy. Eastern may be tough for him next year.

    2. Isn't health the issue for Quinn?

    3. Fair point. And his numbers are solid this year.

Of course I’ll be rooting for Quinn. But the Eastern is such destroyer of dreams, I don’t want get my hopes too high.

  3. Strickland: available August 19 against the Reds.
Will that bring the number of Giants closers, former closers, and potential closers to 7?
