Mac was batting out of the 2 spot. According to game day, two of the hits were soft infield hits. But, a hit's a hit. And I agree with your assessment. If he keeps this up over the next week, I wouldn't be shocked to see him back on the major league roster. I can almost guarantee that this will be his last shot.

ReplyDeleteBill laskey comments on the fact big mac made another adjustments with his hand being lower so he can get to the ball quicker. This is why he is on a 9 game hitting streak. Getting to the ball quicker and going up the middle of the field and inside/out the ball as well. I think he is not ready to succeed yet. He still doesn't get the ball up in the air enough for being a man with his power.
