AAA:  Albuquerque Isotopes bombed the Sacramento River Cats 16-8.

David Villar 3B- 1 for 2, HR(8), BB, 2 HBP.  BA= .293.

Kevin Padlo 1B/LF- 3 for 5, 3 HR(6), SB(5).  BA= .232.

Ricardo Genoves C- 3 for 4, 2B, BB.  BA= .259.

Kevin Padlo has 96  HR's and 88 SB's in 2311 career AB's.  That averages out to about 24 HR and 22 SB's per 600 AB.  Interesting.  Former 5'th round draft pick out of HS by the Rockies.  He's still only 25 yo so it might not be too late for a change of scenery to jumpstart his career.

Jake Dahlberg LHP- 6 IP, 5 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 K's.  ERA= 1.71.

I can't remember the last time I wrote Shane Matheny's name on a Down on the Farm post.  Frankie Tostado putting up impressive numbers in an historically difficult hitting environment.  Jake Dahlberg might be someone the Giants want to see what he can do in the PCL pretty soon.
