Orlando Garcia was a shortstop for Kelby Tomlinson's old college, Texas Tech. He's moved to 2B already in the pros which is the generally not considered a good thing. He does show plate discipline with some pop and speed. He also gets the ball in the air and has the size for further power development. Garcia is a sleeper who is not getting much attention but has a chance to move up the list with a strong showing in San Jose in 2019.
