Bryce Johnson CF- 3 for 5, 2B, SB(30). BA= .292.
Austin Dean LF- 2 for 5, 2B. BA= .265.
Dean and Johnson are both on the 40-man roster. Do you keep either of them or use their slots to protect other Rule 5 eligibles?

Casey Schmitt 3B- 2 for 4, 2B.
Marco Luciano DH- 1 for 4.
Brandon Martorano C- 1 for 2, HR, 2 BB.
Carter Aldrete 1B- 2 for 4.
Kyle Harrison LHP- 3 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 1 BB, 9 K's.
Luciano moves up to AA to get in more PA's in the EL playoffs. His hit was an RBI single. Kyle Harrison gave up hits and runs but records all 9 outs by K with only 1 BB. I am sure FIP likes this line. One reason the Giants should not exercise their option on Longo nor acquire another 3B is if Villar flops Casey Schmitt should be ready in 2023.
