AAA  Sacramento River Cats outlasted the New Orleans Zephyrs 4-3 in 14 innings:

Clayton Blackburn(RHP)- 6 IP, 8 H, 2 R, 1 BB, 4 K's, GO/AO= 10/1.  ERA= 3.26.

Blackburn is 6-0 with a 2.51 ERA over his last 10 starts.  5 of those have been QS's and he has not allowed more than 2 ER in any single start over that span.  His K rate is pedestrian, but he keeps the BB's down and he has a strong GO/AO.

High A  San Jose Giants edged out the Bakerfield Blaze 3-2:

What a wonderful season Christian Arroyo has had!  Suarez has a successful high A debut.
