Lalane allowed just 1 run over his first 4 innings of work then lost control of the strike zone walking the bases loaded while recording 2 outs. Nate Nabholz RHP then gave up a grand slam to the first batter he faced.

Huge game for Andy Polanco! A season of mixed results for Argenis Cayama. Hopefully a growing experience for the 19 yo. Nice second pro appearance by Eric Nachtsheim who was the Giants 6'th round draft pick this year.
The Lalane/Nabholtz performance would have fit in perfectly on the major league squad this summer.
