Hunter Strickland(RHP)- 1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 2 K's. ERA= 3.06.
Matt Duffy was originally listed in the lineup but did not appear, probably still recovering from his intestinal virus or whatever is ailing him.

Perhaps some (or many) of our pitching prospects will have strong second halves. That's what you like to see, progress and/or adjusting to a higher level.
ReplyDeleteThe day before, it was Stratton and Blackburn. Yesterday, Flores, Mizenko, Strickland and Kickham.
I agree. Several of the minor league pitchers have had encouraging starts in the last month.
Deletethe signing of beede is huge.
ReplyDeletewill he go to rookie ball or salk?
really hope they dont skip him right to richmond next season...want to see him pitch
bacci
He pitched deep into the college WS so I would bet that they keep him in Az to throw only a few short starts at most this year.
