I attended this game with a friend. After taking some tentative looking swings on Tuesday, Cam Maldonado went on a tear with 3 HR's in last 2 games. Junior Barajas didn't play in this game. Campared with previous seasons, the SJ Giants appear to have really good hitters up and down the lineup. Gottesman is a slight-looking lefty. His FB topped out at 93 MPH. He appeared miss up and away a lot and ran up a lot of 3-2 counts. Fernando Vasquez looks shorter than his listed 5' 10". He threw mostly breaking balls but I saw one fastball that registered 96 on the stadium radar gun.
How did Level’s over play looked to you
ReplyDeleteLevel was the DH last night so didn't get to see him in the field. He is obviously a very good hitter.
