This was Ryan Walker's third straight scoreless appearance. 4 of the 5 runs he's allowed came in his second appearance of the season. One of several reasons why ERA is a less than ideal measure of pitcher effectiveness, especially for relievers. It gives too much weight to infrequent disaster appearances. It is obviously much better with larger sample sizes.

Marco Luciano continues to show why he's the #1 prospect in the Giants organization. Nice bounceback start for Kyle Harrison who gets 11 of the 12 outs he recorded by strikeout.
