  1. Doc, what do you think is in store for Grant McCray?
Without Lee, he could be heir apparent to the Giants CF, but Lee is very good defensively and probably adequate offensively as a CFer, and Ramos probably has LF in hand. Could McCray muster-up enough power to be the RFer, or will the pedigrees of Matos and Luciano squeeze him out. Trading Tibbs opens a window in the future but there are some other prospects like Jordan, Arias, Davidson (excitement!), Dias, and maybe some DSL prospects.
Fan favorite (LOL) Meckler has significant power deficiencies and maybe too little too late for Hunter Bishop. And maybe for Pomares, too.

    1. I'm a big Grant McCray fan, always have been. Love the tools. Having said that, he didn't do himself any favors with the slow start this year. Giants are at a crossroads in RF at the end of this season with YtY eligible for free agency. Whether McCray is in the mix for RF or a 4'th OF role next season may depend on whether he continues to hit well after recovering from his slow start. There's also a pending free agent RF out there named Kyle Tucker. Does Buster have the funding and persuasive power to bring him to the Giants?
