Sinacola has not allowed an Earned Run in 3 of his last 4 starts.

A:  Inland Empire 66'ers topped the San Jose Giants 7-6.

Diego Velasquez SS- 2 for 5, 2B.  BA= .317.
Patrick Hilson RF- 1 for 4, HR(6).  BA= .230.

Complex Performances:

ACL:

Samir Chires RHP- 4 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 4 K's.  ERA= 4.82.
Cole Foster SS- 4 for 5, HR(3).  BA= .385.
Guillermo Williamson 1B- 2 for 5, 2B, HR(9).  BA= .301.
Christian Avendano RHP- 2.2 IP, 1 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 6 K's.  ERA= 6.41.

Cole Foster clearly needs to be assigned to a full season team but at which level?  it would be nice for Guillermo Williamson to face some A level pitching as the season winds down to prep him for next season.

  1. If Arroyo clears waivers and is available at some point > I would love to see the Giants bring him back. Super versatile genrally good D and is only 28.

  3. Sacramento reliever Nick Avila is having a very interesting season. His partial stats: 13 wins 0 losses 3.33 ER A only 1 save , 1.29 WHIP. You don't see this kind of stat line for a relief pitcher in any league. He was selected in the rule 5 draft by the white Sox but was returned to the Giants. Another pitcher to keep an eye on?
