  1. Burn down the house? Sell the farm? Whatever it takes to get Ohtani!

Some of it applies to SF except for not having any World Series winner flags, but in 2023 will be the 9th WS since 2014's Win.
Giants as constituted probably can make the playoffs - would MLB's top player in HR, SLG, OPS, and a reliable SP get them to November?

    1. The two goals are not necessarily mutually exclusive but I would prefer FZ continues his path to producing a sustained winner than going all in for one year. If he can do both, great but if not, I prefer the long game.

    2. I’m with ya Doc, better to stick with the long game. The farm has provided so much value this season already and we still our two biggest prospects in Harrison and Luciano who are on the cusp of making it. Strong organizational depth imo is what has carried us this season and I’d rather not risk that for a player we can’t control longer than 2 months.

  2. Giants signed their top 2'draft picks per Jim Callis::Bryce Eldridge and Walker Martin. Giants announced Marco Luciano promoted to Sacramento. It's pretty exciting their top 2 prospects Harrison and Luciano are 1'step from the majors
