Sammy Long LHP gets roughed up for 5 ER in 1.2 IP.
Sean Hjelle RHP pitches a scoreless 9'th inning with 2 K's.
Gotta say, Kap must have a whole lot of confidence in Joey Bart C as we haven't seen him since the 3'rd inning Friday night. With the shortened spring training you would think he would be getting as many PA's crammed in as possible. Hope he's getting in some good work in simulated games.

Don't forget, there's still a trade market out there and it's likely to heat up as Opening Day approaches and rosters get crunched. I hear Kim Ng is looking for a CF for the Marlins. She wants Bryan Reynolds OF but so does everyone including the Pirates. I'm thinking a Steven Duggar CF for Garrett Cooper OF/1B is a great match.
Yup, it wouldn't surprise if FZ and Scott Harris continue to tinker with the roster using the trade market or waivers thru spring training up to the trade deadline, that's how they've operated in the past. They have players like Duggar, Beede, Thaio Estrada, Mauricio Dubon whom they need to look at and make roster decisions on because they're out of options. Can't wait for the season to start to see if they can continue their success from 2021.
