AAA:  Salt Lake City Bees outscored the Sacramento River Cats 8-7.

Turner Hill CF- 2 for 3, BB, 2 SB(3).  BA= .326.

Carson Whisenhunt LHP- 5 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 2 BB, 5 K's.  ERA= 4.65.

Blade Tidwell RHP- 1.1 IP, 2 H, 5 R, 2 BB, 1 K.  ERA= 11.25.

Big things brewing here.  Jesus Rodriguez and Bryce Eldridge were not in the lineup and are reportedly headed to San Francisco to join the Giants tomorrow evening against the Padres, a game in which Trevor McDonald is listed as the starting pitcher.  This could be very interesting or very disappointing.  If they are bringing Eldridge and Rodriguez up, it has to be for them to play and play every day.  Eldridge, in particular, can only play 1B or DH which is where Rafael Devers and Casey Schmitt play.  Devers is on a $200+ M contract and Schmitt has been the best hitter on the team.  Something has to give.  It also makes no sense to bring up Rodriguez for his bat then not play him so is he going to be the starting catcher?  Anything less and it will be disappointing to say the least.  Stay tuned for corresponding moves tomorrow.  

AA:  Altoona Curve beat the Richmond Flying Squirrels 7-2.

Perhaps the biggest story in Eugene is Dakota Jordan sustaining a performance level commensurate with his tools.
