  1. Could be a big deal if Harber can play an MLB level CF.

  2. "....the Luis Arraez trade..." LOL
He will be a GREAT addition to some contender, gotta hope Buster gets a good return.

  3. I noticed the same thing (Harber playing CF). I will be happy if he can play a corner OF.

  5. If I were Buster I would concede 2027 right now and not hold back on the rebuild before the deadline. This means Logan Webb and anyone not named Bryce is on sale. Goal would be to compete in 2028 so build up the Pen and develop SP’s over the next year and a half until the prospects get here.

    A few options could be:
-Ramos to Philly for one of their young bullpen arms

-Chapman and Webb to the Yankees for a package centered around Lagrange and maybe Jones or Dominguez. May need to take on a bad contract or send some $ to even things.

-Arraez and Ray to the highest bidders for whatever you can get hopefully young pitching.

Keep everyone else for now and go into next year with Roupp, McDonald, Whisenhunt, Houser, and probably Tidwell or Tugboat in the rotation and dump all our FA money into closers and high leverage bullpen arms. Could even sign Arraez back and the lineup would be competitive. If starters only had to go 5 innings we might be able to get away with the young starters we have if we had 3 closers and 2 more ligit set up arms waiting to close the door starting in the 6th inning. Could probably sign 3 closers in the offseason for the price of one good starter
