"When the Giants Come to Town..." is my blog intended to chronicle my thoughts on San Francisco Giants baseball. My special interest is in prospects and the farm system, but of course, will comment on all aspects of the San Francisco Giants. I will also comment on baseball in general, particularly from a fantasy baseball perspective. I hope you will find the site informative, and invite you to join in the discussion.

DrB's 2020 Giants Top 50 Prospects: #46 PJ Hilson
PJ Hilson OF. DOB: 8/25/2000. B-R, T-R. 5'11", 175 lbs.
2018 Rookie(AZL): .186/.280/.335, 6 2B, 3 3B, 4 HR, 5 SB, 7.7 BB%, 36.8 K%, 182 PA.
2019 Rookie(AZL): .220/.310/.346, 6 2B, 2 3B, 2 HR, 13 SB, 8.3 BB%, 36.6 K%, 145 PA.
Tooled up HS draftee in 2018 with 70 run and 70 throw, Hilson struggled to make contact in his first two pro seasons. Here's another project for the new development team as Hilson tries to find traction in his third pro season. Another nice ceiling but high potential for bust.
