But, wow, great control, barely walking anybody, so definitely he should be on the radar now.obsessivegiantscompulsivehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11362706004246875823noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7389427040394111033.post-34182428844518375772013-05-23T11:50:17.368-07:002013-05-23T11:50:17.368-07:00Not only that, but they are drastically different ...Not only that, but they are drastically different players. Hembree will pitch 1 inning wither as a setup guy, or he will close. Rosario will go multiple innings and cleanup, which is what the Giants neededJon Schifferlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18063535351486370573noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7389427040394111033.post-81758479538936092762013-05-22T21:32:21.108-07:002013-05-22T21:32:21.108-07:00I don't know much about Blach, but those numbe...I don't know much about Blach, but those numbers are impressive. What jumps out to me is his ERA 1.89 and BB/K ratio 4BB 44K in 49 IP. He might be on track to be the 1st pitcher from their single A teams to reach the higher levels of their system. Its too early to be excited but he's definitely someone to keep an eye on.. Do prospect experts see him as a similar type of pitcher like Eric Surkamp or is his ceiling higher..

LGAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7389427040394111033.post-3660673026425040482013-05-22T11:43:28.014-07:002013-05-22T11:43:28.014-07:00I see Hembree as a Brian Wilson type. Can't afford the bumps and bruises that go along with teething. makes it a lot harder to crack the 25. People who insist the Giants don't have depth in their system are crazy if you ask me. Tons of depth.Shankbonehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04803824507120403397noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7389427040394111033.post-53703423539603945672013-05-22T11:38:53.689-07:002013-05-22T11:38:53.689-07:00Right or wrong, I just think the Giants MO is to u...Right or wrong, I just think the Giants MO is to use a guy with some MLB experience under his belt like Rosario first. I doubt that it goes beyond that. The other factor is that at least with Hembree, I think that when the Giants bring him up, they want it to be to stay rather than as a short term fill in.DrBGiantsfanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10699322384438591979noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7389427040394111033.post-2704618694707760772013-05-22T08:48:26.959-07:002013-05-22T08:48:26.959-07:00Will we see Dunning, who is on the 40 man roster, ...Will we see Dunning, who is on the 40 man roster, soon?

Are the Giants seeing something beyond numbers that he needs still work on that they haven't called him up?

I would also ask the same of Hembree.BuyLowSellLowernoreply@blogger.com
